We've all felt that magic. That moment in time when you just know you have to go for it! When the talking and thinking about it isn't satisfying you any longer. You get that feeling, that stirring, that longing to make it happen!  

What is wanting to happen? 

I am inviting you to spend some time clarifying your POINT OF IMPACT. That being the intersection of the awareness that a particular area of life is not quite satisfying, or maybe not working at all and the determination to no longer settle for feeling less than fully alive, engaged or expressed.

How much energy is being drained from the quality of your life by putting what's important on hold?

Energy drains show up externally - as incomplete projects, broken promises, clothes that don't fit, messy closets or work space, clutter of any sort, taking too much responsibility for others, etc.

Energy drains show up internally - as old grudges, unhealed traumas, resentments, unexpressed boundaries, unspoken requests or complaints, non-forgiveness, non-acceptance, etc.

Everything that drains your energy is robbing you of your focus, clarity, creativity, decision making capacity and lots more. These are the areas that you are out of integrity. What you say and what you do are at odds. This is when your self-esteem, self-confidence, self-trust and self-love, are diminished.
